WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUZZ.GI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE

  • UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

  • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buzz.GI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Any User Content you upload or share

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any such content, goods, or services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzz.GI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
